Our History

CoachDynamics LLC is an outgrowth of a 25 year old company known as Reed & Associates. Starting as a sales organization in the early 1980’s, the company evolved into a consulting organization in the 1990s.


In 2004, an extensive review and market analysis was conducted over several months and necessary changes were identified. It was determined that a concentrated focus on “coaching” would best provide the necessary service to our clients.


Therefore, a new business plan was initiated and the name CoachDynamics LLC was decided upon. Goals were set, plans designed, and business decisions were made to launch the restructured company.


The result of this reorganization is what you see today. CoachDynamics LLC, building upon our existing business reputation, is quickly becoming a nationally and internationally recognized provider of direct, meaningful, and affordable business and management coaching solutions.


Today CoachDynamics LLC provides coaching service to small to medium size business owners, company managers, organizational leaders, and students seeking to identify paths to their education.


CoachDynamics LLC is truly “Dynamic” as we actively work with students seeking their education through those leading in today’s business environments.
