CoachDynamics LLC provides its clients the unique opportunity to learn about their natural abilities and skills. We coach our clients to use their natural abilities to their fullest potential to improve their skills. A key tool we employ to discover and identify these abilities and skills is the Highlands Ability Battery^TM. This method affords the client a systematic process that will aid in the identification of applying the proper resources - thus maximizing coaching efficiency and effectiveness.


CoachDynamics LLC offers its clients a choice of services that can best suit your individual needs. Private sessions, group sessions, our exclusive "Boardroom", in-person, email, and telephone are all available ways we communicate with our clients.

After completing the optional Highlands Ability Battery^TM, you will be provided with a full analysis and report of your evaluation. Our coaches will discuss with you the determinations of the assessment and from this foundation we will coach you – the client – towards achieving the goals you create.
