PROFESSIONAL COACH
CoachDynamics LLC is accepting resumes for this position. This is a contract, non-employee position with varying hours. This is an ideal position for those with limited experience with a background that would indicate a strong potential to be an effective coach. Minimum requirements are:
- 10 years business or management experience.
- 4 years college degree from a regionally accredited institution.
- Be able to demonstrate the ability to work with individuals and teams to develop and enhance performance and reach goals.
SENIOR PROFESSIONAL COACH
The position of Senior Professional Coach represents the experienced coach level. These individuals will have a proven record of delivering exceptional coaching experiences to a variety of clients in the area of business and management. Minimum requirements include:
- 10-15 years business management experience in small to large organizations.
- Graduate level degree from an accredited institution.
- Graduate (or soon to graduate) form an International Coaching Federation approved Coach training program.
- Hold a coach certification from a recognized certificate granting program.
- Proven and verifiable coaching experience in excess of 750 hours of client coaching.
